We decided to build a company that did exactly one thing. Not kitchens. Not bathrooms. Not additions. Wine cellars exclusively — every team member, every tool, every process aligned around that single specialty. The bet was that focus would compound: every cellar we built would teach us something the next one needed to know, and over time the gap between us and the generalists would become impossible to close.
