Wine Cellar Builders
Near You

From Miami to Seattle — we travel for the country's most ambitious residential wine cellar projects. Twenty regional hubs cover every major US metropolitan area; tap your city below for local information, climate notes, and pricing context.

Nationwide Coverage

One Team. Every Market.

Most wine cellar contractors are local — they work one or two metropolitan areas and refer everything else out. We are the opposite. Twenty regional crews, one design studio, one set of standards, and one project manager owning your build from contract to handover. Whether your wine cellar lives in Beverly Hills, Buckhead, the Upper East Side or a Lake Tahoe estate, the same in-house team builds it to the same specification.

Local matters because climate matters. A wine cellar in Phoenix is engineered very differently than a wine cellar in Boston. Coastal salt air in San Diego punishes equipment that lasts decades in Chicago. Houston's humidity is the opposite problem of Denver's dryness. Every city below has its own regional considerations, and our crews have built enough cellars in each market to know exactly what fails locally and how to engineer around it.

Southeast

Southeast

Hot and humid year-round, with summer dew points that punish poorly engineered cellars. We over-spec dehumidification and seal envelopes aggressively in Southeast builds.

South & Southwest

South & Southwest

Texas and the desert Southwest are the hardest cellar climates in America — extreme summer heat, large diurnal swings, and (in the Southwest) single-digit humidity that demands aggressive humidification.

West Coast

West Coast

California's mild Mediterranean climate is forgiving, but coastal salt air and inland fire-season heat create regional engineering challenges. Pacific Northwest basements are nearly ideal — minimal cooling load.

Locations FAQ

Common Questions

How do I find a wine cellar builder near me?+

Tap your city above. Every location page lists the neighborhoods we work in, the local climate considerations we engineer for, the typical project scale in that market, and direct contact for a free consultation. If your city isn't on our list, we still travel for projects — call us and we'll quote mobilisation transparently.

Do you really build wine cellars in all 50 states?+

Yes. We are licensed general contractors in every state where we have an active project, with HVAC certifications and electrical licensing for in-house cellar work. The 20 cities listed above are our primary regional hubs — markets where we have repeat client volume and crews based locally. We routinely fly crews to projects in markets outside the hub list.

Does the price differ by city?+

Yes, modestly. Labour rates and permit costs vary by market — California and the Northeast run roughly 10-15% above the national average, while the Southeast and Texas run roughly 5-10% below. Materials cost is essentially the same nationwide because we source through the same suppliers regardless of project location. Mobilisation costs apply for projects outside our regional hubs.

Do you adapt the build to local climate?+

Aggressively. Phoenix and Las Vegas builds get oversized cooling, dual-stage humidification, and R-49 minimum insulation. Miami gets enhanced dehumidification and salt-resistant hardware. Chicago and Boston basements get enhanced freeze-thaw vapor sealing. Coastal San Diego gets marine-grade hardware and condenser coatings. The standard envelope adjusts for every regional climate — see the climate notes on each city page for specifics.

Can I see local project examples before committing?+

Yes. We have client homes in most major markets where homeowners are willing to host a brief visit during the design phase. We'll arrange the introduction so you can see real local builds before signing anything. For markets without an in-person option, we send detailed photo and video walk-throughs of recent local projects.

Don't See Your City?

Call us anyway. We routinely build in markets outside our regional hub list — mobilisation is quoted transparently and we never inflate it.
