Every Service Your
Cellar Needs
From foundational design and construction to climate engineering, premium racking, lighting, and ongoing maintenance — one team, every step. Browse the full catalogue below or jump straight to the service you need.
One Team. Every Service.
Most wine cellar contractors specialise in one or two services and refer the rest out. We do the opposite: we offer every service a wine cellar will ever need, all in-house, with one project manager owning the relationship from the first phone call through year-fifteen maintenance. That model is more expensive to operate, but it is the only way to guarantee that the cooling installer talks to the racking installer, that the framing crew respects the vapor envelope, and that the climate commissioning team has sign-off authority on the build.
The 17 services below cover every phase of a wine cellar's life — design, build, climate, finish, ongoing maintenance and emergency repair. Pick the one that matches what you need most right now; we'll bundle the rest into a coherent project.

Residential Wine Cellars
From basement vaults to glass-walled showpieces in luxury homes.
Climate Engineering
The technical heart of any cellar. Cooling unit selection (WhisperKool, CellarPro, Wine Guardian), whole-system climate engineering, temperature stability, humidity control, ventilation balancing, and insulation envelope design.

Wine Cellar Cooling Units
Industry-leading cooling systems — through-wall, ducted, split, and silent.

Wine Cellar Cooling Systems
Whole-cellar climate engineering — cooling, humidity, airflow and monitoring.

Temperature Control
Precision climate management — consistent 55°F, year-round, decade after decade.

Humidity Control
Active humidification and dehumidification — kept at 55–70% year-round.

Wine Cellar Ventilation
Engineered airflow — return paths, mixing, and condensate management.

Wine Cellar Insulation
Closed-cell foam and rigid-board insulation engineered for cellar climates.
Storage & Finish
What you see and touch. Bespoke racking and modular wine storage systems, low-heat LED lighting design, premium flooring (reclaimed barrel oak, slate, marble, porcelain), and finish carpentry built to cellar humidity.

Common Questions
Do you offer all of these services in-house, or do you subcontract some?+
Every service on this page is delivered by our in-house team. We have framers, electricians, drywall finishers, finish carpenters, HVAC-certified cooling installers, and climate commissioning specialists all on payroll — not 1099 subcontractors. That single-team accountability chain is the reason our wine cellars hold their climate decade after decade and the reason our service relationships outlast most contractor warranties.
Can I hire you for just one service, or does it have to be a full build?+
Either. Roughly 60% of our work is full design-build cellar installations, 25% is climate-system upgrades on existing cellars (someone else built it, the cooling failed, we engineer the fix), and 15% is service plans, repairs, racking refreshes, or single-service consulting. We will quote any scope honestly — we won't try to upsell you into a full rebuild if a $4,000 cooling refresh is the right answer.
Which service should I start with?+
If you're building a new cellar from scratch, start with wine cellar design — the 3D rendering and BTU calculations drive every other decision. If you have an existing cellar that's underperforming, start with wine cellar cooling unit or temperature control assessment. If your cellar is fine but the racking is dated, look at custom wine storage solutions. If you have no idea what you need, just call us — a five-minute conversation will narrow it down.
How do these services connect to each other?+
Most projects involve 4-6 services bundled into a single contract. A typical residential wine cellar build includes: design, construction, insulation, cooling unit, cooling system, lighting, racking, and a maintenance plan. We bundle and price these as a single line-item quote so you can see the full scope at once. Service pages exist to give you depth on each component before you commit.
